Q: Do you ship internationally?

No. We ship Only in US

Q: What couriers do you ship with?

All orders are shipped via UPS

Q: What size should I order?

All of our items are in men's sizing unless otherwise stated. We have size charts on all of our product pages, so please refer to those when choosing your size. 

Q: How should I wash my items?

All of our clothing is preshrunk. Our products are garment dyed and may bleed during the first couple of washes. We recommend washing your items alone for the first few washes and with like-colors after that. 

Q: Where are your items produced?

All of our hats are made overseas. 

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

 -If you don't love your item, you can return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

- USA Returns: Please visit our return center.

-Items must not be worn, washed or damaged.

-After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Q. Will I be charged customs?

No. All duties and taxes guaranteed at checkout. No extra charges.

Q. Do orders ship in pieces or altogether?

All items in your order will be shipped in one package to reduce shipping costs.

Q. Can I combine orders?

All orders must be placed together. Due to high volume, we cannot combine multiple orders. Please place all orders together at once.

Q: Can I modify an order once I've placed it?

Due to our volume, we can't promise that we will be able to modify your order. Please email shopcrisspony@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard domestic shipments typically take 4-5 business days to arrive. For international orders, 5-7 business days.

Q. Will certain items ever be restocked?

We do not restock old items unless they are in high demand. To be notified of any restocks, please subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage or subscribe to back in stock notifications on the product page.
