Return Policy

Returns conditions:
All items must be returned new, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached within 14 days of order receipt. 

-Items must not be worn, washed or damaged.

-The customer is responsible for the fees related to return shipment.

- Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, our team will then check that the items are in their original condition.

* This process typically takes 7-14 business days. 

- Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. For US orders, the shipping fees related to the return will be deducted from refund. Funds can take 5-10 business days to appear in the account of your original payment method.

- You will be informed of your refund via email confirmation.
